From Idea to Final Draft: How to Write a Great Story

Two-part workshop for kids, ages 8 to 13 

We’ll cover beginnings, middles and ends, as well as getting ideas, characterization, and revision--including writing exercises. Geared to short story writing.

 

Intermediate workshops:

Plotting the YA or MG novel: Character vs. Plot 

Revision and the Write Stuff: Writing is rewriting, re-visioning, pre- and outside (I don't mean outdoor) writing
